PARALEGAL SERVICES

MB can offer paralegal services to law firms such as medical record organization and review, discovery review, demand letter preparations, IME oversight, settlement negotiations, and strategy development. This work would be performed by a member of our staff with a Juris Doctorate and close to 10 years experience in personal injury claims with a major insurance company.

Medical Record Organization and Review 

We can take your volumes of medical records and review, organize, prepare treatment calendars and summarize the contents.  We will provide you with the strong points as well as the "red flags" to prepare you for negotiations.


Demand Package Preparation

We can prepare detailed settlement demand packages along with indexed attachments using either our format or one of your preference.  


Discovery Review & Preparations

We can review incoming discovery responses or help you to prepare responses.  In addition, we can also prepare questions and points to be covered in depositions.


IME
Oversight

Independent Medical Examinations can be a very stressful part of the litigation process to your client.  We can accompany your client to the IME in order to reassure your client, monitor the exam, and then report back.
